What do you know about waterproof connector industry ?

 Waterproof connector is one of the main accessories of electronic lighting components. Waterproof connector is mainly divided into circular waterproof connector and square waterproof connector. The connector is connected with a waterproof ring more than the ordinary connector by sealing tight lock. The waterproof grade is mainly IP67 and IP68. Simply speaking, it can be used in water or wet places : LED street lights, wall washing lights, plant lights, outdoor lighting towers, cruise ships, industrial equipment, sprinklers and so on. Mainly rely on waterproof sealing and design structure to achieve excellent waterproof performance.
 
 
 
Waterproof connector has two functions : signal transmission and transmission interconnection. 
 
 
1. In the application field of lighting electronics, such waterproof connectors can pass the standard current and voltage on the connection core / connection terminal. In the application field, they are mainly connected by the power supply of lighting electronic equipment. Most of these are used outdoors, which consider waterproof performance, fire retardant, high temperature resistance, aging resistance, mechanical life, etc. 
 
2. The other is the terminal design that can pass power transmission and signal transmission simultaneously. Signal transmission is divided into two categories : analog signal transmission and digital signal transmission. Simulation or digital signal connector, whose main function should be to protect the integrity of the transmitted voltage pulse signal, which should include the waveform and amplitude of the pulse signal. The data signal is different from the simulation signal in the pulse frequency. The pulse transmission speed determines the maximum frequency of the protected pulse. The data pulse transmission speed is much faster than some typical simulation signals.
